The second bride in 2018 married on August 11. The beautiful Kristiina was sure from the beginning that the dress was going to be knitted – our first meeting and discussion on the subject had already taken place in November. The choice of pattern changed a over the time little, but not much – the iceleaf pattern was her immediate favourite. It took 7 weeks and weekends to knit the dress. The wool-silk-cashmere mix (70-20-10%) became a choice of yarn and a natural white for the colour – so the woven pattern of the main dress is highlighted against the light underdress. Beautiful, isn’t it?
